TOP SECRET LTDA (CNPJ 64.062.833/0001-60), located at Rua Luiz Tramontin, Campo Comprido, Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, CEP 81230-161, is the controller of the personal data described here, under Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
1. Data we collect
- Data you give us: name, email address and the content of messages you send through our support form or by email.
- Account and purchase data, when applicable: email, purchase history and payment status. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage information needed to keep the app and website working and secure.
2. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests and give support (performance of a contract or preliminary procedures, and your consent when you submit a form).
- To provide the app, deliver purchased content and process refunds (performance of a contract).
- To keep our services secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To send news or offers, only when you have agreed to it (consent). You can withdraw at any time.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as hosting, email and payment providers, and with authorities when the law requires. These providers may process data outside Brazil. In that case we rely on the safeguards provided by the LGPD.
4. Children and teenagers
Some of our books are for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the specific and prominent consent of at least one parent or legal guardian, as required by article 14 of the LGPD. Parents and guardians can ask us at any time to see or delete a child's data.
5. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Support messages are kept for as long as necessary to solve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Purchase and tax records are kept for the periods required by law.
6. Your rights
Under article 18 of the LGPD you may ask us to: confirm that we process your data; give you access; correct incomplete or outdated data; anonymize, block or delete unnecessary data; export your data; delete data processed with your consent; tell you who we shared it with; explain the consequences of refusing consent; and withdraw your consent.

7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed for the site and app to work, and, if you accept, those used to understand how the services are used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure. If an incident could cause relevant risk to you, we will tell you and the ANPD as the law requires.

These terms govern your use of the website topsecretltda.com, the TOP SECRET LTDA app and the books and puzzles offered through them. By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
TOP SECRET LTDA offers an app and website with coloring books, word searches, vintage books and literacy books for children and adults. Features and content may change over time.
2. Who can use it
Purchases and accounts are for people 18 or older, or for minors represented or assisted by a parent or legal guardian. Children may use content under the supervision of an adult responsible for them.
3. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, share or publish our content outside the personal use permitted in the app.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
5. Intellectual property
The app, brand, design and original content belong to TOP SECRET LTDA or its licensors and are protected by Brazilian law, including Law No. 9.610/1998 on copyright. When you buy or access a book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. Vintage and classic works are offered only when they are in the public domain or when we have the necessary authorization. If you believe any content violates your rights, tell us through the support page and we will review it promptly.
6. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (R$) before you confirm an order. Terms of cancellation and refund are in the Refund Policy below.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and error-free, but interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control may happen. Within the limits of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), we are not liable for indirect losses or for problems caused by your device, internet connection or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the date above. If you keep using the service after an important change, we will treat it as acceptance, and you may stop using it at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, except that consumers may always bring a claim in the courts of their own place of residence.

Refund Policy

In short: you can cancel an online purchase within 7 days of buying it and get your money back in full. If a product has a defect, you have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Code.
1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)
Under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, for purchases made online or outside a physical store you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of the purchase date or of receiving the product, without giving a reason. This applies to digital content and to physical books.
2. What you get back
We refund all amounts paid, including shipping costs when a physical product was sent, with monetary adjustment where applicable. The refund goes back through the same payment method used for the purchase, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. We process approved refunds within 10 business days.
3. Physical books
If you withdraw, send the book back in reasonable condition. We will give you the return instructions, and the return shipping cost is ours when you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
4. Defects and problems
If a digital or physical product has a defect, does not work, or is not what was described, contact us. We will fix the problem, replace the product or refund you, as provided in articles 18 and 20 of the Consumer Protection Code. These rights are not limited by the 7-day period.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Go to the support page and choose "Refund request", or email pedro.k@acervonostalgico.shop.
- Include your name, the email used for the purchase, and the date and item.
- We will confirm the request by email and explain the next steps.
6. Subscriptions
If we offer subscriptions, you can cancel at any time and the cancellation applies to the next billing period. Within 7 days of the first charge you may request a full refund as described above.
